Fatemeh has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. During her Ph.D., she focused on utilizing machine learning and Deep learning algorithms to analyze omics data and predict their functions. Her current research interests are exploring Evolutionary Action, Machine learning, and other computational methods to identify complex disease genes and risk variants.
