Hari has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Houston-Clear Lake, Texas, USA. He is a full-stack developer with expertise in handling large-scale application, streamlining data pipelines, automating and configuring back end jobs and developing web applications. He was involved in several biomedical research projects such as
1) MeTeOR - A network representation of genes, drugs, and diseases built on MeSH terms curated by the National Library of Medicine.
2) Network Diffusion - A Graph-based information diffusion (GID) method to measure how well two groups of genes, Test & GS, are connected to each other in a protein-protein interaction network.
