Jenn has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacogenomics from the University of California San Francisco and also completed a biomedical informatics and data science postdoctoral training fellowship supported through the NLM and Gulf Coast Consortia. Her current research interests include employing Evolutionary Action, machine learning, and other computational methods to understand and predict cancer risk. She is specifically interested in the identification of novel germline breast cancer risk factors in the context of large biobank populations.
