Maryam has a Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Her current research interest are 1) identify complex disease genes and risk variants by machine learning approach over coding germline variants. 2) Explore Evolutionary Action method, that estimate the functional and clinical impact of genetic variants, to develop a ML pipeline for risk prediction in complex diseases.
